Ok, I know this is a strange concept but I was just doing what I was told to create. Another rough maquette for the film "Little Nicky", suppose to be a half Crow half Boy Scout......... I don't write this crap, I just do my job and get out.

Really, that's just amazing!
Fantastic work on those feet and the feathers!
Not to mention the awesome work on the clothes (all those wrinkles and details).

Oh and 3 questions:
1. What's the material?
2. How big was that?
3. Did that have a sort of skeleton made of wire to support it? That support piece in the back would suggest so.

Glad you like! It was a fast one, so once again, not a lot of refine time on it.
If I remember correctly, the clay was Roma #3, he was about 20" and he did have an armature.

It's actual clay, nothing artificial?
And not a lot of refine time... gee, I thought that looks VERY refined, considering the realistic details.

This is a rough maquette? How long did it take to do this piece? The skills and knowledge base that must be required seem staggering.
